At I Magic, we are committed to providing high-quality consumer electronics, including smartwatches and earbuds. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and process for claims related to your purchase.

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 1-year warranty on electronics such as smartwatches and earbuds, beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise under normal usage conditions.

2. Mandatory Unpacking Video

To protect against transit damage or missing items, customers must provide a mandatory unpacking video. This video must be recorded from the moment the package is sealed until the product is fully inspected. Failure to provide this video will result in the disqualification of claims related to physical damage upon arrival or missing components.

3. What is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Internal hardware failures that occur during the warranty period.

4. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

The following conditions are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:

Physical Damage: Any cracks, dents, or broken components caused by drops or accidents.
Water Damage: Issues arising from exposure to liquids, moisture, or submersion.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempts to open, modify, or repair the device by a non-authorized service center.
Normal wear and tear of batteries, straps, or external coatings.

5. Warranty Claim Process

If you experience a functional issue with your product:

Contact our support team with your order details and a description of the problem.
Once the claim is initiated, the product must be sent to our service center for evaluation.
Resolution: Based on the technical evaluation, we will either repair or replace the item.
