iMagic Limited Warranty Policy

At iMagic, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty ensures that your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects and hardware failures.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a Limited Warranty (ranging from 30 days to 1 year depending on the product) from the date of delivery. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects or products that are non-functional upon arrival.

  • Internal hardware failures occurring under normal usage.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be considered void under the following circumstances:

  • Physical Damage: Cracks, dents, or signs of impact.

  • Liquid Damage: Exposure to water, moisture, or other liquids.

  • Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to open, tamper with, or repair the device by a third party.

  • Misuse: Damage resulting from improper charging or negligence.

3. How to File a Claim

To ensure a smooth replacement process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at rushady1@gmail.com within the warranty period.

  2. Submit Proof: Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and a clear unboxing or defect video showing the problem.

  3. Return Shipment: Once the claim is pre-approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our service center in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  4. Inspection & Resolution: After inspection, if the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

4. Important Notes

  • Packaging: Claims cannot be processed without the original box and accessories.

  • Shipping Fees: While the replacement product is free, a nominal shipping and handling fee (up to ₹199) may apply for the replacement delivery.

  • Decision: iMagic reserves the right to make the final decision on warranty eligibility based on technical inspection.
