1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We offer pan-India shipping through our premium courier partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees).

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

  • Public Holidays: Please note that deliveries are not processed on bank holidays; expect delivery on the following working day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we will send a tracking link to your registered email address and phone number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

4. Delivery Guidelines & Unboxing

To ensure a smooth experience for returns or replacements:

  • Verification: Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting it.

  • Unboxing Video: For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the seal. This serves as vital proof in the rare event of missing or damaged items.

5. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply.
