Return and Refund Policy
At I Magic, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the process for returns and replacements.
1. 15-Day Return & Replacement Period
We offer a 15-day return and replacement policy. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect our customers and ensure transparency, recording an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must start before the package seal is broken.

The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

This video serves as essential proof in case of damaged, defective, or missing items. Without a clear unboxing video, your return or replacement request may be declined.
3. Grounds for Return/Replacement
You can request a return or replacement if:

The product is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.

The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong model, color, or size).

Parts or accessories mentioned in the description are missing.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or returns are not accepted:

Items with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer to the account details provided by you.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact our support team. Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions on how to ship the item back to our warehouse.
